Losing weight too quickly? Help please

Well, im a 17 year old, quite skinny guy. I find it hard to gain weight even though i eat 5-6 meals a day.
Today i had a stamina test at school where the point is to run as far as possible within 12 minutes, i ran about 3200 meters and did very well on the test, but that is not my problem.
Yesterday my weight was 60 kg, after the running test today, my weight is 58,5 kg. This keeps happening to me whenever i do demanding cardio for a longer time and i find it very frustrating.
So my question is; Why do i keep losing weight after difficult cardio sessions? Help me please

Probably; sweat!
Down a litre of water before getting on the scales. For some weird reason your weight will seem to increase by 1kg...
Interestingly enough the best diet for those who
don't
want to lose weight/burn off fat seems to be those where the meals are spread out to be fewer and larger also.

Do you weight yourself straight after the Cardio? Because in the cardio you lost some water (sweat). That might make some difference. Tho your weight should stabilze and you won't drop that fast.

Agreed. That kind of loss is going to be mostly water. Eat a meal and hey presto you weight half a kilo more again. Take a dump and do cardio and BANG!
