Thats what my abs look similar to like,
Im 15 and I weight  67kg, 148 pounds I believe.
im 5'8 half.

but, these love handles are killing me, any suggestions?

Why do they kill you?

If you have visible abs I would not reduce my bodyfat any lower (especially not in winter Cheesy). Your body needs some fat to be healthy and more energetic. I would not go lower than the pic you mentioned.
However I bet that guy on the pic tried and pulled really hard to get that much skin off Cheesy. If I do that (not as good) it really hurts Cheesy (I seem to have similar bodyfat).

Anyhow. There is no fat spot removal. You just can reduce your overall bodyfat. Sooner or later the handles will also be reduced. And the way to do it is to eat a little less and to do a little more cardio.

I am roughly identical to you it's just a spot where your body uses to store fat. Keep in mind that even though you have the proper bf to have great abs (10%) there is still going to be almost 15lbs of fat on your body (which is perfectly fine)



that is 5lbs of fat, multiply that by 3 and that is the amount of fat on your entire body, this does not mean that the fat is going to be stored equally throughout your body so it is perfectly natural to have a small amount of fat on your "love handles"
