OK, guys. This is gonna be a long post.
Age:15
Weight:60 kg(132 pounds)
Height:170 cm (5 foot 7 i think)
BMR:1636
TDEE:2535
Goals: Lose some body fat.
Here's my current routine: every day i do 35 minutes of jumping rope(for cardio) but i also should mention that 5 days a week a walk to and from school(brisk walking, total:30 minutes). So that's my cardio.
As for weight-lifting, here's what i do:
- 3 sets of crunches(as many as i can)
- 3 sets of push-ups(as many as i can)
- 3 sets of body squats-without any weight-as many as i can
- 3 sets of dumbell curls ( as many as i can)
- 3 sets of dumbell flys ( as many as i can)
- 3 sets of dumbell presses(as many as i can)
- 3 sets of dumbell rows (as many as i can)
In this exact order(does it matter in what order i do the exercises??)
As for nutrition, i just try to stay away from junk food, fast food, white flower and all other unhealthy things. (BTW, why are white potatoes so bad?). I dont really count calories. I just try to eat moderate so i dont feel hungry, but not full either. I cant be too strict about my nutrition cause my mom doesn't really understand me. She's not very supportive.(she is a very good mother, she just thinks i dont need to lose weight but I'm not content with my body).Do you guys think i can have like a little treat on Sundays or other day of the week? Its just that the last time i tried to lose weight i starved myself end ended up binging since november till January and gained 15 pounds after losing about 25. What other fodds should i cut ?
Sorry for the long post and thank You in advance! Grin

You should invest on a pull up bar or find a place where you can do pullups.

I leave the nutrition for those who know better.  I'm not that strict with my nutrition, for what matters to me is fitting it within my calorie requirements. :3

You can always use your door a a pull up bar.

I have no pull up bar! No problem, do you have a door?

be sure to put your bag in the opening of the door; so you won't squish your fingers.

I think i can see were your mother is coming from, you don't weight that much, are you sure you want to get that skinny? I did something like that a while back, strength and mass gains were incredibly slow, plus i found the six pack wasn't very impressive without some mass on the body. Something to think about.

You don't need to cut foods, cut calories if you want to lose weight,  IMO if you not doing that your almost tossing a coin, heads you lose weight tails you don't.

You may want to work on pistol squats, BW squats get to easy to fast and maybe some glute ham raise will be helpful for leg development. Those are some easy to do at home exercises

    EDIT* rating 3/10
