Question About My TDEE and BMR and Losing Weight

Ok I have a few question that hopefully you smart group can clarify with me. . . Let me just start out by saying that I only plan on losing weight at the current time, I am not interested in builing muscle right yet. . Also I think that for a 27 year old and 5'10 ish and I weight 195lbs. . . . . I should be around the 180 mark is this correct??
Now with that being said. . . I have looked up my information and I want to just see if I am reading and understanding it correctly. . . From the calculations I got my BMR is 1998. . My TDEE is 2892 (I put in moderatly active). . and 3218 (if I put in heavy active). . On average I burn about 650+cal/day and go to the gym about 5-6 days a week. . I do 1 hour of cardio (which would be the 650cal) and then I do some chest and ab excersize (so I really don't know how many cal I burn there). . . . I would like to try to go 2 days a day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday if I can go depending on work. . So those days I would be burning roughly 1300cal. . . .
So I think I am rougly eating around 2000-2300 cal/day. . . I pretty much well eat the same things everyday so I can keep track of my calorie intake easier that way just until I loose the weight I want then once I lose it I will adjust my diet/eating habits as time goes on. . . Right now I really don't want to change what I eat to much. . . So my first question is am I eating the right amount. . From what I understand I should be eating less then my TDEE but more then my BMR. . So if I say burn 750cal/day then I should be eating roughly 2400cal is this correct (judging my the higher TDEE amount of 3218). . .
My next question is. . . I am not a big eater really so I might not even eat the some days. . IF I eat less then my BMR and still go to the gym will I still lose the weight or will this screw up my body. . . Like I am talking short term for this while I am trying to get rid of the last 15lbs or so. . Not long term as in make it last forever like that. . Or what if I eat more then my BMR but less then my my calorie intake I need for weight lost will this effect my weight loss. . I mean if there is a 500cal different between my BMR and my Weight Loss Calorie intake does that make a differnce if I don't fill that extra 500cal??
Any help would be appreciated. . I would acutally like to loose the 15lbs by mid Feb but I know that your not suppose to loose more then 1 or 2 per week. . Which would be I would need to loose about 3lbs/week until the date I would like to loose it. . Not healthy I know so I wont even suggest that I would do that. . . I have lost about 30-35 since August. . So I guess that would put me in around 1. 5/lbs per week (maybe more cause I have been stuck at 195 for a few weeks now). . .
Anywaz any help would be great. . Thanks

Also here is the other thing. . . .
Since I have been stuck as 195 it seems like I am not losing weight (or at a plateau). . At the same time that have not seen the scale move much, I am still noticing that I can not "pinch" as much fat on my stomach as time goes on. . It seems as thou my stomach is getting harder and if I "poke" my stomach it doesn't seem like there is as much fat there from where I can feel it being harder under the fat. If that makes sense hard to explain. . . I do roughly 50-100 crunches stomach, 50 crunches each side (left and right) so try to reduce the
"love handles" these crunches are without weight. . Then I go to the AB machine and do another 20-25 at 160lbs. . I also do a few different type of chest machines weights very depending on the type of machine. . I do abot 15-20 pushups (not everytime). . .
I have this feeling that with my maybe the amount of crunches that I do that I could possibly end up being "barrel" chested where my stomach isn't completely flat with my pelvis if you know what I mean. . Could this be a sign that once I lose my excess weight that I might have ABS developed under the fat?? I would say that when I squeeze my fat on my stomach that I can get about 1" of fat between my fingers. .
Thanks. .
