It's about Scooby's calorie calculator.
I do 35 minutes of jumping rope every day and the teen workout for about 30 minutes three times a week. So my question is when i enter the activity level do i only take in account just the cardio or both cardio and weights?(i also should mention that 5 days a week i walk to school-about 2 kilometres- which takes me 15 minutes so its 30 minutes in total, i guess and i do walk pretty fast).

You take account your total daily activity, school/family time/alone time/exercises/ etc. Smiley
