Hello. So around new year i got stabbed in the leg. It was a painful accident. Cheesy  I have been in bed for about 2-3 weeks. And only recently started walking normally. There is no pain anymore and the doctor said im ready to exercise again.
I did all i can to cut my intake so i dont get fat while i was down, with my slow metabolism and all.
So want i wanted to ask was how do i start my training again ,i obviously cant do the same amount of intensity while jogging. (i dont lift, just jog).
IF anyone has been trough an injury like that please let me know how you resumed your training.

It may have been a bad idea to not east a lot when you're healing because what will your body use as building blocks?

Walking is a good place to start. Smiley  Starting from the beginning isn't so bad.  You'll catch up from where you were before in a month or so.  And please see your doctor every now and then to check up on your stab wound.  Smiley

I took the threads out a week ago. The wound is good. There's nothing left but a scar now. I'll try walking and slowly intensifying the exercise.
    Thanks. Smiley

I'd do walk jog intervals walking a minuet and then jogging the next and doing that for no more than 30 minuets a day (which is pushing it for coming off of an injury), keep your pace slow and be light on your feet.
