    True, but then they feed you thousands and thousands of calories a day to help you recover and the PTOs/PTIs are pretty well trained in putting your through hell in a safe way, i.e. they know exactly what they're doing, you ,on the other hand, might not. Plus generally they'll train you up, good starting fitness is good and helpful but doing yourself damage in the process won't help you at all.

    hm right then i´ll do a bit less... but i´m always tired on days i´m not doing any workout this is what i don´t understand when i´m doing i feel great but when not i´m lazy and stuff like this
