i have been doing jump rope for 3weeks i can do it for 2min and 30second rest until i reach 25minutes and it greatly increases my endurance and coordination i just wanna ask if add burpee in my cardio day will it overtrain me i'am a beginner i do jump rope 6x/week if i do the burpee+jump rope can i still do it 6x/week?

yeah, I sometimes do this workout

rope 2minutes
10 burpess

repeat 6 times- im not a beginner though.
