so im taking a month or so of the gym, and i wanted to lose fat looking at pics i have gotten disgustingly fat and i want to know how can i lose fat this month i got of without losing any muscle.

Do cardio, eat under your TDEE and continue your weight training routine if you have one.

You have to continue to resistance train to keep all muscle- of course if you're significantly high in bodyfat more will come from fat even without resistance training though

Do 30-40 minutes of cardio a day and ofcourse eat 10 % under your TDEE
