Hi guys, i recently read up on the spartacus workout, and by the reviews it gets and by the actual look of it, the workout looks INTENSE! I was wondering if it has helped out or worked for any of you guys to see if i should try it out a few times a week. I know the workout is supposed to be 3 circuits long, and only done for 3-4 times a week, however, i only plan to do 1 circuit of it 3-4 times a week because i run everyday at a relatively high pace, ( 6:30 mile) for around 25 minutes. Has this workout worked for any of you? Thanks!

I did this 1 time a week during the summer. I completed 2 circuits.
It is a very intense work out. you need a lot of focus and nutrition to complete it.

I would say that it definitely increased my endurance.
I participated in a lot of "Boot camp" and always came out on top of my class.
And the instructor would ask me what my "work out is". I just laugh and say, I like to run a lot. which isn't entirely true Wink
