I did this 1 time a week during the summer. I completed 2 circuits.
It is a very intense work out. you need a lot of focus and nutrition to complete it.
I would say that it definitely increased my endurance.
I participated in a lot of "Boot camp" and always came out on top of my class.
And the instructor would ask me what my "work out is". I just laugh and say, I like to run a lot. which isn't entirely true
