hi guys!  i have a question to ask today and it might be a bit "newbie" but bear with me. I've been doing cardio workouts every day except for 1 day rest. my diet is healthy( although  i fear i eat way too little, my parents keep telling me im not eating enough and so do my friends), im 5 foot 8, roughly 133 pounds, and 14 years old( some TDEE calculators say to eat more since im growing, just thought i'd throw that in). My cardio consists of 6 times per week a 3.6 mile run at a 6:40 minute/mile pace, when i finish my run i do a few sprints, then every other day i do ab workouts ( crunched, bicycle crunch, sit up, squats, etc) and some arm/chest exercises ( pushups, pull ups, and a few curls with 10 pound dumbbells). My question pretty much is, ive heard alot about sprinting for fat loss and everything, and my goal is to lose more fat/ get abs. runnning has been great but how does sprinting compare to my running schedule? thanks!

You should eat more.  You don't want to look like a lanky teen with malaria.

Sprinting is great.  It's best done not consecutively. m/w/f or t/th/s or m/th or t/f.  Tabata protocol for sprinting is a beast or tabata burpees.  It's quality workout, so it needs not be done everyday.
