hi there, i am going to lose weight by eating less (500cals below TDEE) while doing a callisthenics program but to progress on my bodyweight exercises i have to be getting stronger but because im also heavy(167 pounds) im trying to lose fat while getting stronger.
So my question is isit possible to get stronger while losing fat. So will i be able to progress while on a small defecit?? Thanks

You may see some gains due to CNS adaptation, but other than that you wont see much more strength gains

That would depend on how much trained you are and how much your current bf is. But 700 seems a lot. I guess you'll find out.
