Does anybody know how many calories the after burn will burn if you do an hour and a half of cardio? I will start doing an hour and a half and i was just wondering. Also should i take in normal 2,000 calories per day if i will be doing only cardio?

Basically, my calorie calculator takes the afterburner effect into account-you dont need to do any additional calculations.  Its the reason it asks you how much cardio you do in a week.
