Ok, its time for cutting and im not sure which option to pick on the calorie calculator.

I do a FBW workout 3 days a week and walk to school and back 5 days a week. It takes me 20 mins walking to school and 20 back. I walk at a very fast pace, to sum it up, i do A LOT of walking lol.

Which option is best suited for me?

3-5hrs of 5-6 hrs

P.S im 17 years old.

I'd say you're safe at 5-6, but I always pick 3-5 for safety's sake, and up it from there if I experience any strength loss.
