That HURTS just thinking about it!

Lots you can do for upper body without the use of your hand, especially if you have access to a gym.

For pecs, find a pec deck machine.  Most of these let you squeeze with your elbows and forearms while leaving your hands free.

For lats, do this hands free lats workout

For triceps and biceps you will have to get a little creative with the machines at your gym but I bet you can find a hands free way to do them.  For example, use the hamstring leg curl machine to do curls with the pad resting on your forearms.

    Well you could..i dunno...use a thumbless grip.

Honestly though, i dont see how this is such a huge issue unless im grossly underestimating the severity of the cut and any hand work will make you bleed out. The bar/dumbbell rests in my fingers for pulls and the heel of my hand for pushes, my actual thumb doesnt get much use unless i use hook grip. You probably wont be able to squeeze the bar as hard as usual but it shouldnt stop you from continuing lifting imo.
