Lots you can do for upper body without the use of your hand, especially if you have access to a gym.
For pecs, find a pec deck machine. Most of these let you squeeze with your elbows and forearms while leaving your hands free.
For lats, do this
hands free lats workoutFor triceps and biceps you will have to get a little creative with the machines at your gym but I bet you can find a hands free way to do them. For example, use the hamstring leg curl machine to do curls with the pad resting on your forearms.
