Trying to shed off that last bit of fat!

I'm trying to get the last little bit of fat off my body and it seems like it's impossible. I try to keep my calorie intake 500 below my TDEE every day, I do 10-15 minutes of cardio 3 times a week, and i'm eating healthy. So why isin't my fat budging?

The body tries to hold onto that last reserve the hardest. It also reappears the most easily too! I'd suggest trying to bump your cardio up to 15-20 minutes and see if you notice any difference.

CARB CYCLING MY FRIEND
not being rude with caps
. But goto scoobys website and check out carb cycling would be the best thing for it. 3 low carb days and 1 high carbs day will get rid of it in a couple of weeks 2-4. Have fun and good luck.
