Hi guys, I want to ask you some questions,

I'd like to wake up at 6:50 AM walk around 10 Km (about 6 miles) and than swim about 1 Km I'm a beginner (so 1 Mile) would be enough, yet.

So some say that working out in the morning is bad for health since your body doesn't wake up straightaway and if I still go and start with walking( after 1 month running)
should I eat before going out? this all get's messed up since i Have school at 9:00 so I gues at 8:30 I should be home..

I could drink 0% milk in the  morning go walking and then after a good swim have 3 or 4 eggs as a post workout and in school I regularly have cottage cheese (200 gr with 34 grams of protein, 4 carbs, 0 fat)  and a banana.

and the reason I'm doing this is that I want to increase my endurance and stamina.

    It's okay.

You should eat something, so you won't binge eat afterwards. (Drink milk/etc.)

i usually do my swimming in the morning as its the only time i can practically do it.

    things i will say is

eat something before you leave your house even if its just some toast.

water water water! if you are walking to the pool maybe drink as much as you can practical can (so you are hydrated) as once you hit the water you will sweat loads and will be quite dehydrated after if you have, best way to check how hydrated you are is by checking your urine colour, the lighter it is the more hydrated you are and vice versa

other than hydration reasons it doesn't really effect when you workout or do your cardio.
