Since you're starting back up, you'll need a simple, flexible, yet effective workout to start out.

The video below has a very basic at home cardio circuit that actually discusses replacing a jump rope with socks and tennis balls. It also explains how you can advance the workout once you become better. Give it a shot!

ahahahaha scoobys little nephew has been exposed!!!!!

Seriously though cardio is so boring at home. Try to maybe find a cheap stationary bike and watch a  t.v show like lost that keeps you hooked on each episode. Then only watch it when you are on the cardio bike.

I feel like im a prison inmate when i do cardio inside. I jump rope but only for 5-10min to warm up before a workout.
