I was in England for 1 month and i ate 70% junk food , i returned on 20 september with a weight of 75 kg (188 cm) and now i have 69 kg, is it ok if i lost that amount soo fast?

The way I see it, I think you lost some serious muscle mass ( + fat obviously). Did you work out? Did you had enough proteins ( 1g / 1 lb of lean body mass) ?

If the answer is no to both, then you lost muscle along with fat. ( how much fat? Nobody could answer that question)

Well i did cardio and weight lifting and a serious diet to compensate the way i was eating.

Nice to hear you did cardio along with a lifting program! But don't forget that if you ate 25%+ less then your TDEE or worse, under your BMR, then all that effort was almost for nothing Sad

I know but at the moment i am focused on losing weight, i did weight training at high intensity to lose weight not for muscle.

I'm talking about nutrition here, not the type of workout Wink. Malnourished people lose muscle, don't forget to not overdoing it.
