Breakfast-
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Protein Shake
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 tsp creatine monohydrate
Meal 2-
Can of Chicken Breast,drained
1 Cup Rolled Oats
Meal 3-
4oz 100% Whole Grain Spaghetti
1/2 Cup Natural Sauce
4 oz Ground Lean Turkey
Meal 4-
4 Egg Whites
2 Eggs
Medium Apple
Meal 5-
Asparagus
Can of chicken breast,drained
Meal 6-
Protein Shake
1 tsp creatine monohydrate
Water is the only drink along with tea
2750 Calories
Fat:18%-49.7g
Carbs:42%-250.9.g
Protein:40%-252.7.5g
