Im 6'2 200lbs as of now with im guessing 16%bf and want to get like Channing Tatum (i think hes like 6'1 175-180lbs) ps tried to find a picture that wasn't gay haha

Workout is p90x

This is what i eat a day:

Breakfast-
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Protein Shake
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 tsp creatine monohydrate

Meal 2-
Can of Chicken Breast,drained
1 Cup Rolled Oats

Meal 3-
4oz 100% Whole Grain Spaghetti
1/2 Cup Natural Sauce
4 oz Ground Lean Turkey

Meal 4-
4 Egg Whites
2 Eggs
Medium Apple

Meal 5-
Asparagus
Can of chicken breast,drained

Meal 6-
Protein Shake
1 tsp creatine monohydrate

Water is the only drink along with tea


2750 Calories
Fat:18%-49.7g
Carbs:42%-250.9.g
Protein:40%-252.7.5g

What do you guys think about my goals and want im doing?

    I think you need to stop using images of celebrity's as goals and focus more on what you want to look like not who you want to look like.

    I chose 15% lose fat, moderate exercise (p90x)...is there a better breakdown than 40%P 40%C 20%F to aid in getting ripped and getting abs? My 2700 calorie diet consist of alot of protein!
