I already know that i need to do cardio to do cardio to see my visible abs... but i have a friend that has 14% bodyfat and he has already abs.. 4 packish.. he said to me that he did a lot of abs exercise...

and I'm 14.38 bf and I still don't have abs like him... will i do a lot of abs exercise and do 30-60min of cardio ?

and can you tell me what some good abs exercise, that is not booring like planking... i only do it in my room

    Doing ab exercises for mass gains(Relatively low reps would be optimal) will of course help getting visible abs but you need to have low bodyfat%. We are all different thus your friend sees his abs faster than you. It's down to genetics.

    If you have a pull-up bar then hanging leg raises, if not then leg raises on the floor.

    yes I'm doing that too... chin ups will my legs are in slanting... it also workout my abs.. thanks!
