Hello. So people think I'm out of my mind , jogging it the snow 4 times a week ,but to be honest i love it. If you can keep yourself from getting a cold it's even better than the summer jogging. Tea and a hot bath fixes you right up.

But there are times when outside is just impossible to run. For example , this year's snow levels in my country reached a record level and i just cant run outside.

Do you guys have any good suggestions for indoor cardio except jump rope? Please leave a reply if you do cause shit is getting serious here and i have no idea what to do. Jump rope bores me.

If i do indoor cardio, i usually do fast step areobics.

We got some snow here in Leicester, UK.  I don't think it's as bad as most places in the world, but the pavements near me have areas of snow AND ice. I went jogging yesterday and did most of it on the road Smiley

Rock out like your a guitarist for a crazy hair metal band, jumping around and stuff. Or get a zumba dvd. Or, snow shovelling + army snow crawl combo. Be creative.

Jump rope and burpees work great.  A thing I do when I'm stuck in a hotel and it's cold outside is I use my deck of cards as exercise.  I assign each 4 types of cards an exercise.  For example heart will be push ups, diamonds will be crunches, BW squats will be clubs, and mountain climbers will be spades.  When you draw that specific card type it'll have a number on it.  I will do the number of repetitions that the card has on it.  For example 4 of hearts I will drop down and do 4 push ups.  6 of spades I will do 6 mountain climbers.  I make face cards 15 reps and the king is 20 (you can obviously assign them to w/e you want).  You can go through the deck of cards as many times as you want to until you feel you have gotten a good work out.  I'm lucky that wrestling season is in the winter though xD.  I have a harder time keeping my weight on that losing it.
