Hey Saulpk7, I was faced with the same question a while back. I did not want to lose muscle, but at the same time wanted a six pack real bad. So I found this six pack program:
16 Weeks To Six Pack ABS. It's great because it actuallly works your entire body, has a HIIT component, and many hypertrophy exercises. Plus, the website has nutritional guidelines and everything you need to get that pack showing. If you are fairly advanced and have already dropped to 8% BF, you can start from week 6 or 7 right away.
