im 17yrs 167lb, i got doing 2 weeks of carb cycling 3 days low carb(cardio) and  1 day high carb(weights)and i got to 8% bodyfat.
i do not want to carb cycle anymore.if was thinking of doing
3 times a weeks weights to prevent some muscle loss(2 muscle groups, high reps, with 15-30min of hiit end of workout)
and on the other days 30-45min of low intensity cardio.would i eventually get rid of the last layer of fat that covers my abs..??
how many carbs, should i consume on the days i do weights, and low intensity cardio..??
any answers will be appreciated

Hey Saulpk7, I was faced with the same question a while back. I did not want to lose muscle, but at the same time wanted a six pack real bad. So I found this six pack program: 16 Weeks To Six Pack ABS. It's great because it actuallly works your entire body, has a HIIT component, and many hypertrophy exercises. Plus, the website has nutritional guidelines and everything you need to get that pack showing. If you are fairly advanced and have already dropped to 8% BF, you can start from week 6 or 7 right away. If you're really looking for results, consider the training program I am doing now: [K3] Advanced Body Sculpting Program. This one requires mad committment, but pays off. If you're looking for some more weight loss routines, check out the links and vids in my Health & Fitness Resources posting. Best of luck!
