has anyone used the you are your own gym book/app by mark lauren? if so did you make any progress and could you also explain the ladder work outs to me lol. i think its with say push ups you do one rep, rest a couple of seconds, do 2 reps, rest again then when you reach a certain number you work your way back down repeating for 7 and half minutes. then you rest 2 minutes before going onto the next exercise?
