Quick question guys during my loading phase i basically urinate every 30 mins but now that i'm only doing maintenance i usrinate like every 1- 1.30 hours is this normal? or should i drink alot more water?
That's a sign of either a small bladder or you ensuring you drink plenty during your loading phase. That does sound fine to me, if you're drinking enough water that you're not ever particularly thirsty and are urinating regularly (at least 5/6 times a day as a rough minimum), then you are probably drinking sufficient. Aiming to get a solid 3-4L/6-8pints you aren't going to dehydrate yourself.

Hey guys, important question. Could everyone who has tried it please give their personal opinion on "Cell Tech Hardcore" creatine by MUSCLETECH. I would like some reviews that are not written by people who are paid off by the company itself, so please if you could give me your unbiased opinions I would apprechiate it, thanks.

I myself use it and it's pretty good in my opinion. it helps me get those last 2 reps in my workout and saw some gains so it's pretty good.

The stuff works but there are better options out there. It's a little expensive and they waste a lot of money of advertising and have misleading packaging (the jar looks like it has 10 lbs of powder in it when it's only 1/4th full). Dishonest and overrated company? Maybe...does it work? Yes. Up to you if you want to use it or another option.

who cares where or how the company spends their money? And if you read the bottle, it's easy to find exactly how much powder is in there.
The stuff works, I used it and experienced great results. I recommend it to anyone looking for a creatine product

You can find out how much stuff is in it to an extent. How much powder? Yes, it will show the weight inside. How much chemicals go into their mystery brews(usually 1500-4000mg of "something"), no telling. Part of the reason I switched to straight creatine from CellMass...the acne on my arms is now going away, tyvm.

Well I had actually already purchased it, and then did some research and decided that creatines not for me, in retrospect I belive I should have done the second part first but now I have 6. 7 lbs of it sitting in my dorm room, and I want to give it away, but if it's loaded with harmfull toxins that can damage the body, I'd kind of be responsible for poisoning someone, ya know?

It had its own section: Are gains lost when coming off creatine? Short and sweet answer to this: no. What you may notice is that you cannot lift quite as much for quite as long after coming off creatine. You will also notice a slight loss in weight as the water retained gradually leaves. These cause a mental effect which makes it seem like you’re lifting less and less. But that’s all it is; something mental. You will still be stronger and more enduring than if you hadn’t cycled, so long as you pushed yourself and made use of the extra creatine in your system.
A brief analogy (figures completely made up for example): if you can bench 50kgx5 normally to start. With creatine supplementation, within a week you can do 50kgx7. With the extra workload you can train for slightly longer and slightly more intensely each week, resulting in slightly faster muscle growth/strength gains than otherwise. So at the end of the cycle you can bench for example 60kgx7. When you stop taking creatine this decreases over the next couple of weeks to 60kgx5. But did you get weaker? Well no, because without the supplementation in the first place you would only have managed to improve up to 57.5kgx5 because you couldn’t push yourself as hard as you could with it. Very quick explanation, hope you can get your head round it. If not – just accept #no# and move on.

You should be respectful of other opinions even if you think they're wrong. Your brother's experience with creatine is not sufficient evidence to prove anything.

Well thanks dudes for all the comments I apprechiate it, I think I'm gonna give creatine a pass and try some protein powders I found at a natural food store that seem to be free of artifical sweetners and everything, they dont even have a certain artifical sweetner that Optimal Nutrition's 100% protein has and that company prides itself in having a cleaner formula.

You're not talking about Stevia, are you? If so, that's not artificial - it's a plant, which is a great sugar substitute, because it has zero calories.

No man I wasn't, dont worry I know the difference between organic and artifical, the main artifical sweetner I was refuring to was acesulfame potassium or acesulfame-k, you will find it in ALOT of protein and creatine mix's because it's 200x sweeter then sugar, so even good brands like weider and optimal nutrition use it bcause it's just such a smart move market wise, studys on it are inconclusive besides one instance of tumors in lab mice and it was approved by the fda, but I mean it's not like they also approved aspartame or anything like that (sarcasim), regardless I plan to keep my distance from any artifical sweetner I can. Sorry for going off topic though, I know this is about creatine so I'll shut up now.
