So currently my main goal is reducing my BF% down to the point of having a flat stomach/barely visible abs.
I'm not calorie counting but my diet is very clean (fish, veggies, eggs, lean red meat etc) and i burn about 200cal a night from cardio.
I do resistance training 5 nights a week and am still gaining strength+muscle definition.
Once I've gotten to the BF% that i want, is it possible to pretty much just ramp up the amount of the food I am currently
eating to help put on lean mass, and keep the bellyfat off?

As an example, meal 4 is a 95g of tuna and an apple, amp it up to a larger amount (200g tuna) to help gain lean mass?

unless you know what your tdee is, it is hard to manipulate your outcomes vis-a-vis gaining lean body mass vs. fat.

I would start by figuring out your macronutrient needs and seeing if you are getting them in.

for example: if your tdee is 2,500 and you are eating 2,500 while keeping your required macronutrient profile, you will continue to gain muscle mass, not fat.

if you are consistently eating over your tdee because you are trying to eat more protein, you will definately gain more fat.

it makes things a lot easier if you know exactly how much you are eating, and how much you need to increase lean and mean mass.

You can still get fat on a clean diet. Clean just refers to the quality of the food.

You should be concerned with your overall calorie count if you wanna lose fat for a six pack. As far as even getting a six pack, it all depends on genetics (where your body stores fat). Some people can at best get a 4 pack, or not even that.

As for maintaining a six pack while bulking, it would again depend on genetics. If your body tends to dump excess fat on your abdominal region then you're SOL.

yeah my TDEE is 3000 a day, and I know I'm getting my protein macros for the day, but not my calorie intake.
I'm not too obsessed with having a literal 6 pack, (ofc it would be nice) but am really just aiming for a flat stomach
