yes, varying is very important. but with little substitutions from time to time you can make a big difference already.
tuna for instance isnt very healthy if eaten too often due to its high content of mercury. try salmon instead, personally i think its even better.
instead of oatmeal with milk try oatmeal with cottage cheese. i like it, maybe you need to get used to it but fat free cottage cheese is great!
for your last meal, why not try beans? very low in calories, very high in protein and overall good food. also, if you like some side dishes, try brown rice or quinoa (scooby made a
video about this, i tried it out and i fell in love)
