I heard from somewhere eating too much of something is bad! you need to vary in food and stuff to get full nutrition!
So for 6 meals a day i only have steamed veggies, chicken, oatmeal with milk and sugar (could replace it with honey its much healthier), tuna can , whole wheat toast!
i just wanted to take ur advice on the current meal plan (not yet applied):
i got 2:30 hrs before each meal!

morning just when i wake up : i can have oatmeal with milk and honey
2:30 hrs later
i can have an apple and whole wheat toast with cheese or smth
2:30 hrs later
lunch time : steamed veggies with chicken and annother apple.
2:30 hrs later
2 biscuits with milk and annother type of fruit(other then apple).
2:30 hrs later
2 tuna cans
2:30 hrs later
out of ideas

I tried to varry between meals to not repeat the same meal! if anyone have suggestions tell me
i'm 16 years old , 168 cm tall , 50 kilos (110 lbs)!

I'm really busy with school and sports already, i don't want to worry about nutitrion also, my mom usualy makes me lunch but i prepare my own breakfeast and dinner!
+
would be very hard to have 6 meals a day when you got school and study!
i think i'll stick with 3 meals a day and eat healthy stuff in betwenn?! like more fruits , yoghurts, veggies, etc...

well thats wat i do i have my 3 main meals then i have a selection of fruit twice between breakfast and lunch + between lunch and dinner the prehaps a sandwich around 8pm or something.

1 guy i know just makes extra sandwichs for his breaks to have on instead of the choc or whatever else he used to have.

be careful of the yogurts u have though.

yes, varying is very important. but with little substitutions from time to time you can make a big difference already.

tuna for instance isnt very healthy if eaten too often due to its high content of mercury. try salmon instead, personally i think its even better.
instead of oatmeal with milk try oatmeal with cottage cheese. i like it, maybe you need to get used to it but fat free cottage cheese is great!
for your last meal, why not try beans? very low in calories, very high in protein and overall good food. also, if you like some side dishes, try brown rice or quinoa (scooby made a video about this, i tried it out and i fell in love)

I don't think we have quinoa in egypt... yes, will try to look it up.
Yes beans are a good idea! and thanks for the salmon tip! :-)
I really like to vary foods so i'll do 1 day of tuna and the other one salmon! what do you think?!

From your weight and height I asume you need to bulk up. I dont see any potatoes, brown rice, real whole grain bread (toast really isnt that good), whole grain noodles, any kind of nuts, flax, fish (baken), fishoil, pure yogurt (nature without anything then you can add yourself fruits and oats to it, tastes yummy), quark ? Dont know if thats available in america or where you live, you can mix quark with a spoon or scoop of protein powder and a bit milk or water same for the pure yogurt part.

    Hope that helps a bit.
