Frankly - looks great!  If you're looking to gain mass, don't be afraid to eat slightly more calories.  2,500 is a good place to start to test the waters, so to speak, but bump it up if you don't see gains in a few weeks.

looks great but i suggest you up the carbs and calories especially since you will be doing cardio, of course you are different from me but you are around my size and i do 8 hours of intensive labor on weekdays, cardio everyday, and weights every other day and let me tell ya 2.5k calories starves the hell out of me and gives me no muscle gains, you are younger then me and can probably do it and since you will or are having a growth spurt soon you prob will see muscle gains too. i consume about 3k-4k calories a day and i think that just might be up your alley too. so i just suggest you start at 3k and see where it goes.

I think you're overplanning it and constraining yourself too much.

Deciding to stay within a calorie limit, have protein throughout the day and so on is one thing. Being this strenuous and precise with every meal when you aren't a professional BB is unnecessary and could quite honestly be damaging psychologically.

I'd eat more fats and less carbs. Dunno what the Protein % is translating to, but you should be using a gram/pound of lbm ratio, not a percentage.
