Yup, I usually buy the big bag of frozen veggy at Costco, which is a mix of broc/cauli/carrot slices, and toss in some chicken breasts. Then put maybe a teaspoon of honey on it all, a little garlic, and mix it up. Usually put the garlic in when heating it up and honey on just before eating. Tastes great!

Yeah, I like cheese sprinkled on top too, but he stated he didn't want to add that.

Honey and garlic? I dunno. Garlic is always good tho.

You can always try various herbs and spices. There are ready made vegetable mixes that taste very good.

If you dont want anything extra like cheese then rely on spices for flavor.

Add just a bit of water, a 'splash' of olive oil..some fresh garlic, black pepper..steam in a pot..thank me later Cheesy
    That is a good recipe

i love broccoli, but does anyone know of a way to add some flavour to it?
my 3rd meal is usually always chicken and broc, and just wanted to see if anyone had any variations of broccoli i could try.
But I'm not talking about cheese or anything similar, would prefer to keep my meal really clean.

fry up some bacon, not crisp drain oil and chop it up, sautee some onions and garlic ,when sightly brown add brocc and bacon...pan cook until slightly tender....my kids ad wife usually finishes this off before i can get to....of course salt and pepper to taste.
