Hi guys! i just wanted to know if i am eating too little. I am 5 foot 8, weigh around 130 pounds, and im 14 years old. I do cardio ( running) every day except for thursdays ( my day off) and i run for at least 25 minutes at a relatively high pace( around 6:30 to 6:40 mile pace) and i'm very active throughout my day. my breakfast is under 200 calories ( 3/4 cup of non fat milk and 3/4 cup of cereal and the cereal is 80 calories per 3/4 cup) then for lunch i eat a pita bread sandwich( whole wheat and is 100 calories per loaf. With very little peanut butter, like under 100 calories in peanut butter. and an orange) for dinner i eat rice, steamed vegetables, lean protein, and ( sometimes) a potato. thats all i eat in a day. So my breakfast is 160 calories, my lunch is around 300 -400 calories and my lunch is around 600-700. so thats arround 1300 calories, plus my run ( which takes off like 350) am i eating too little?

Mate, I'm not trying to be funny here, but yes, you are. The recommended for an adult male is 2500Kc, I'm not sure what it is for a boy in puberty, but it won't be far off seeing as your body is screaming for energy to grow. Scooby's calculator is a decent place to start but, to be upfront, you are going to do yourself serious damage with what you're currently doing. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

Yes you should be eating double that, I am 16 5/7.5 to 5/8 150lbs with visible abs and this is what i eat in a day in no particular order, 3 cups of milk 3 eggs a granola bar (Kashai) a bannana an apple a pear some strawberries a little less than an ounce of cheese 2 slices of whole wheat bread (It is very light whole wheat bread maybe 70cal per slice) 8-10oz of meat or fish loads and loads of veg a sweet and or white potato and a 1/4 cup of almonds. I do 35 mins of HIIT (sprint intervals) 6 days a week and 40 mins of body weight training 6 days a week.

You should be eating at least 2x the amount you eat, most likely. 1300kcals is starvation, Imo.

Are you eating snacks in between those meals?
Before I actually started to note down everything I was eating throughout the day I was significantly under-estimating my intake. 'Snacks' can make up a considerable portion of your daily intake if you're as prone to nibbling as you're average joe!
I'm surprised you're running 6-7 minute miles for almost half an hour, every day, on so few calories. I'm 150lbs, but even with a 2-300 more calories a day on that diet and exercise regime I'd be flaking all the time.
With your activity levels and age you should definitely be aiming for around the 2000+ mark.
