Quick question, I eat a lot of 50/50 bread with my meals for extra calories, do you need to cut bread out completely when trying to get a 6 pack?

It's all about the complete intake of cals. For a 6pack you need to lower your bodyfat %.

If you find it hard to leave out bread when lowering your intake, you can try to substitute something with high cal count for something with less. Like not using butter. Depending on what the rest of your daily diet is.
