Hi

Just used the calorie calculator.

At the 6 times per day example meal, and it says '' 370grams broccoli and 68g chicken''.

Just me or is that just to much broccoli? Gonne get tired of eating broccoli after the first meal... Would rather eat more chicken instead, hehe =)

Thanks for answer!

I'd say have 370g broccoli and 370g chicken =p  Eat however much of it you want, as long as you get your macros in for the day.

The calculator is just a guide. Just make sure you get your proteins, carbs, and lots and lots of vitamines, mineral, etc..
The only vegetable is not broccoli. There are soooooo many that you can try a diferent one every time and not get bore. Same with proteins, theres chicken, steak, beef, fish, milk, beans, eggs. Carb are many, bread, rice, tortillas, etc.
Just make sure you eat enough of every macro group

Instead of eating that many vegetables you could eat like half of that and eat some fruit as a snack.. Just dont think about it in grams. If there is a vegetables in your plate when you eat it is allright  Wink
