hey i just used the calculator on scoobys site to gain muscle i will have to consume
1062 calories
53g protein
159grams carbs
23 g of fat
per meal
3 meals a day
is this correct ?

What the **** did you put in to get calories that low Huh? Recalculate it. You will be a skeleton eventually if you eat that little.

    We have no idea with the information, or lack thereof, that you gave us.

    To know if that's in the ballpark, we need to know your:

    Height
    Weight
    Activity Level
    Etc.

    But that is probably fine if you're something like 5'9" and 3-5 hrs/week physical activity.

    Now I feel stupid, it's 3x that amount Grin But yes, if you are tall, heavy and/or physically very active that amount sounds about right.

    aha i was going to say 3000 calories not enough ? aha
    i think it will be easier to spread it out on 6 meals a day - 531 calories per meal 26 grams protein 79 carbs 11 fats

    That would definitely be easier Smiley I tried to eat 3000 calories a day in 3 sittings and I just couldn't eat that much Cheesy

    its hard ''/ annoying calculating how much every meal is also :l difficult to get 6 meals in being a student might try 5/4

    as you get used to it, you will become a master of looking at a certain amount of food and knowing around how much calories, fat, carbs, and protein it has. its bizarre your brain turns into a calorie calculator xD
