Carb Cycling

Hey I am still waiting for some to answer my carb cycling question.
I am doing the carb cycling meal plan on Scooby's website. I am a little confused on what information to enter in Step 5 "Activity Level" I lift weights 6 Days per week and do 25-30 minutes of Cardio 6 days per week. If you look at the activity level the first thing he has listed is "desk job, with little exercise". This is confusing me. Should I check off the box that has to do with my activity level at work or how much exercise I get each week. Please advise as the Kcal numbers are very different for "desk job with little exercise" verse 3-5, or 5-6.
What do you recommend I use for step 5?
Cheers,

Count the aproximate hours you spend doing any kind of physical activity in a week, say you do an hour of weights six times a week and half an hour of cardio six times a week you would put 7-21 hours of physical excercise so that the calories match your activity level
