I just need to know If i can lose body fat while keeping muscle and eating three times a day. I do not have time for 6 meals a day eating on 3 hour periods because of school.
If anyone could tell me if theres a forum about this or answer my question i'd be grateful. Sorry if im annoying.

Is your body fat really low (around 10%)? If not, then you don't need to carb cycle. It is only for really lean people who want to get even leaner and it is not something you can do for extended periods of time. I would recommend you just cut your diet by 200-500 calories and not to bother with carbcycling.
And while I am a firm believer of having many smaller meals in the day, it is absolutely fine to have larger meals less frequently. The only problem with that is by the time the next meal comes through I am starving and tend to overeat, which can be bad if ones is trying to lose weight.

Okay. I haven't done an actual body fat test but whatever is having about two-four pack abs, and fat on the bottom around my waist, so far i have lost weight but im not sure if its from the caloric deficet or carb cycling.
