Thus far i have not had cravings and my diet been going perfect.. but this superbowl weekend killed me .. i was over the buddies house and they had chicken but it was seasoned... and i know when its seasoned they are not the best to eat as oppose to natural. Will a slice a pizza diminish my results? i know scooby clearly stated that without a good nutrition results wont be seen.. you guys think that will increasingly mess up my results ?
thanks guys

Having some chicken wings and pizza for the superbowl is MANDATORY. Don't worry about it, man. If your nutrition is 90% clean, you'll see better results than.. well, 90% of the American population.

I think Scooby has put in his videos before that he is a nutrition freak.. Like the other guy said its better to not avoid cheat foods then to go on a 2-3 day splurge because you restricted it for so long. I have no problem eating pizza or a donut as long as i adjust for the rest of the day..

i feel bad for everyone that has these "cravings" as some one who was born in impoverishment i was just never picky on what i ate, like these spoiled brats these days that dont like veggies and stuff. but i guess thats whats given me the edge on staying 100% strict on my diet these 2 last years, any ways you shouldnt consider this "cheating" on your diet that adds too much guilt of what you eat imo, and you will start feeling like a body building sinner. we need to start calling em TREAT MEALS around here, whos with me!?!?

You can eat whatever you want and as long as you get enough protein and don't eat too many calories. I've had fastfood 3 days in a row, and I've lost about 2 pounds over those three days.

Pizza, ice cream once and a while does no harm, but it doesn't fill one up, potato is the answer, squat is also answer to lifes problems, da milk too... Squats milk and potatoes, the answer to lifes problems. Be sure to make da pizza extra meaty next time, with some mushrooms, olives, butter, avocado, bacon, eggs, maple syrup, and guess what... Potato. In Russia potato eats you.

Something that I end up doing a lot is just making these "treat" or "cheat" foods at home. I find that doing them with wholesome ingredients really takes the guilt out. I make ice cream with bananas. I make fries with just potatoes, olive oil and sea salt. I sweeten my baked goods with fruit. Etc. I highly recommend it. Not just because it's healthier, but because a lot of it is exceedingly easy. You'll save yourself a guilt headache too.

Man, high fat diets really get rid of the cravings for sugary treats, also suprisingly full after 1330 kcals 68g of fat, and 106g protein, tons of fiber, only one plates worth...
