    hey juka

generally spoken, muesli with milk is no bad thing but could you precise that? there are a lot of different ways how to eat and prepare muesli hence there are a lot of healthy versions but also very unhealthy ones so please precise that. also, if its fat milk substitute non-fat or low-fat milk.

fresh cheese and apple seems alrite to me, but again, eat low fat cheese. a good alternative is non-fat cottage cheese, low in calories high in protein.

your lunch is okay too but eat brown rice rather than white rice, make sure the chicken is skin- and boneless. salad is fine and good (you might wanna try vegetables as well). but vary, at least 1-2 times a week eat fish, salmon or tuna is great instead of chicken

to be honest, i dont know how good or bad pistachio is as i dont really like and eat a lot of nuts but look for pistachio that is as natural as possible with low fat contend and not too much salt (just read the nutritional label)

i didnt exactly get what you meant with "and bread also.." does it mean you eat bread or not? if so make sure its rye bread or wholewheat bread, they have better carbs (complex carbs) than the white ones

to stay in shape and lean, add daily cardio (unless your doing it already). its absolutely necessary

they are ok in my opinion milk is 0,9 % of fat
with cheese i dont know how to say it on english but in 100 grams of that cheese there are 13g protein 4g carb and 2 g fat
im not eating bread and junk food

ye im footballer i do cardio everyday on training.. =))

that cheese sounds good to me but why dont you try putting it onto a slice of wholewheat/rye bread? those breads are no bad food at all and provide you with complex carbs which your muscles use as the main source for energy doing exercises. if you want to know more about that check out this video. if you dont like bread at all dont eat it of course Wink

    and thats great cardio!

i do understand you, and i wanna congratulate you, losing 30 kg is amazing! especially being 15 and yet so dedicated already. if you keep up that ambition you will get very far with body building, im 100% sure Smiley however, not eating at all is really bad (altho your nutrition is not all too bad). if you lose fat and weight to quickly you might lose muscles too. but you better watch the video 6 pack abs fast part 2 by scooby. it tells you everything you need to know and i wont tell you more than scooby in this video. it tells you how to lose weight and gain muscles at the same time and also provides you with some nice ideas for healthy meals which are perfect for you.

and i know what you mean, when i started out i had the same thing. when you train your abs theyre pumped and thus look bigger and it also depends on some other factors.

try to not eat candy anymore, once in a while might be okay but especially when you wanna lose fat you should minimize the amount of candy you eat
