Breakfast is suppose to fire up the metabolism and for that your meal should be more caloric than the others right? I think i went little overboard with my breakfast and ate 600 calorie and 38g protein breakfast. Was it too much?

    At the end of the day, what matters is the totality of your consumed calories fits your tdee goal requirements.  Therefore, the question is, does it?

    I eat between 700-800 calories for breakfast every morning for the past 2 years.

    It's my most favorite meal of the day.

    Seems fine. I like to have a larger breakfast, 500-600 cal, as I'm pretty hungry after waking up.

    My other meals throughout the day are a little smaller 300-400cal. Like MercNil mentioned it doesn't really matter as long as it fits within your caloric goals for the week / day.

    A breakfast alone won't do anything as long as you keep the rest of the day in moderation. My question is: how did you only get 38g protein for a 600 calorie meal??? I get about 50 g protein per 475 calories Cool

    I try to eat at least 5 times a day and im not too heavy guy about 70 kilos (154lbs) so can't have too much in one sitting

    Ikr? Roll Eyes my first meal the other day was a personal pizza with pepperoni, 6 garlic knots and about 500 calories in drinks Cheesy
