Hello everyone,

I have been weightlifting for about 3 years, and have never really had a nutrition plan.  Because of this, I have a fairly small layer of fat that I would like to remove.  Here is the diet that I have created, please let me know what is good, what is bad, as I am getting very serious about this.

7:30AM   Veggie powder, fish oil [3 caps]
9:00AM   Whole Wheat Toast and Eggs
10:30AM   Orange or some other piece of fruit
12:00PM   Whole Wheat Chicken Sandwich
2:30PM   20-25 Almonds
Pre-Gym   Protein Shake
Post-Gym   Orange + Beef Jerky + Protein Shake
7:30PM   Massive Protein / Veggies (either chicken breast, or a lean cut of beef)
10:00PM   Casein

Overall, looks OK; I Dont know the nutritional values of "Veggie Powder" so im in no position to help you on there. I would suggest to drop the beef jerky because its full of sodium and preservatives (ONLY use it for traveling).  Other than that, yor fine

It's VegeGreen's Veggie Powder.  I got it at Popeyes, my buddy  was raving about it.  I haven't started eating jerky yet, it was just a recommendation.

Here is the link to the Veggie Powder:
