Almond milk because for me it tastes better than all of the milks I've tried.

Whole cow milk. I just can't stomach non-fat milk really. I might try almond to cut back on fat, and maybe some of the bloating.

Hey guys! Don’t want to flood and create other topic, coould you please explain to me. I have a countryhouse and there is a cow, my grandma send me fresh milk from our cow every weekend and that milk is REALLY fat. I love milk and actually I don’t care if it is 0.5% fat or 8% (btw what is approximate fat % in milk from our cow?). So I prefer not to drink my calories and buy 0.5% fat milk in grocery and don’'t drink our milk. My parents are really against it saying that im acting stupid and there are lots of vitamins in our milk and milk from grocer is bad. I drink like 0.5-1 Liter milk every day with protein shake or without it, I just like milk. So what would you recommend? Keep ignoring grandma's milk and buy one from grocery or maby mix grandma's fat milk with water? Also same goes to cottage cheese. I buy fat-free one in grocery and mix it with one that my grandma makes (and she makes it really fat it's even yellow in colour, not white sometimes)

Depends on the cow you got... could be anything from 3.6 to 5.2%. If you drink a liter of the fatty stuff, you might want to keep an eye on everything else you eat. I mean if you over-drink cow milk high in fat... "you are what you eat" has some truth to it
