Well even junk food like McDonald big mac has a decent amount of protein in it 24g I think, it's just because of salt and saturated fat it's not recommended  all the time.

It's not recomended any of the time, eating mcdonald's will get you way more fat than muscle.

It's not recomended any of the time, eating mcdonald's will get you way more fat than muscle.

It will do that but only if you exceed your TDEE.
