Hey,
I know this is one of the most discussed topics around here, but I have a doubt about the benefits of the yolk.
Of course eating 6 egg yolks per day would be a very unhealthy habit due to the amount of fat and cholesterol they contain, but i wonder if eating one or two yolks a day used as a way to produce testosterone wouldn't be beneficial to bodybuilding.
Best regards

    Eat all the eggs you want.  When I was eating paleo I had 8 eggs in a meal regularly.  I also lost 10lbs, continued seeing strength increases, and my blood work came back with lower cholesterol levels.

    Do not fear the almighty egg.

    i eat egg whites when my eggs arent organic, but if they are i can tell you i seriously can care less how many yolks i have and only like 30% of the fat is saturated meaning you have to have over 25 yolks before you go over what the heart asso. recommends in one day. zinc and B vitamins helps your body produce test if you dont want em from eggs get em elsewhere theres tons of sources.

    I ate a pound of beef, 2 oz cheese with 3 slices of bacon... I think that would be considered 100 fold worse than 6 egg yolks in term of saturated fat and possibly cholesterol...

    Please check out all the other egg yolk threads, and you'll see there are 2 camps out there:

    1) people who fear the yolk because iffy research from the 80s said that dietary fat and cholesterol was bad for us;

    2) people who love the yolk because that's where all the vitamins and minerals are found, dietary fat is good for you, and dietary cholesterol has little to no effect on most people and is actually good for you.

    Might as well treat it like religion-doesn't matter what you say or what proof you show, people either think 1 way or the other.
