Is a fat burning pill nothing more than an overpriced caffeine pill? Is it worth anything?

I put together my own ECA stack for around $12 a month.  Actually, since I cycle two weeks on-two weeks off, twelve bucks lasts two months.

A wizard on evilcyber's site takes hcg supplements and can magically sew his severed or shattered  tissue together with his mind. That might be a weight loss aid worth looking into. Just don't eat potatoes while on it, that cancels out the magic.

Man, don't take that stuff. It's all business and getting your cash. You know that once your body gets used to those drugs, you'll have to stay on them for the rest of your life to stay in that shape. Go natural, even if the results are slower, they're worth the wait Wink

Actual controlled research has shown that ephedrine/caffeine (EC) stack increases your SNS output by 8-10%, and even after the stimulant effect wears off over time the fat burning effect remains and is suggested to increase a little over time. So taken 2-3 times a day, you will burn a couple hundred extra calories a day, on top of reducing your appetite during a cut. There are a lot of herbal variations out there, and most of those have not been tested to do anything, so be aware of that.

As to whether it's worth it or not, that depends on how much it costs for you to buy the ephedrine hcl and caffeine. The latter can be gotten off Amazon for $7 for 100 pills, and the ephedrine requires talking to the pharmacist behind the counter at the drug store in the USA at least, as it was being bought in bulk to turn into meth and is now a bit more controlled. Other countries might have banned it outright, but if you can buy Bronkaid online that has the proper dosage I think. Might be a couple bucks a day for that, I have no idea what the stuff costs. You aim for about 20mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine per dose.

So if you feel a couple bucks a day and the initial elevated heart rate and blood pressure are worth the additional calorie burn, then go for it (assuming normal heart health and all that jazz, consult your doctor who will likely say WTF BRO). Otherwise eat 1 less cookie or jog an extra 15 minutes above and beyond what you normally do, ignore the hunger/appetite pangs you might feel, and get the same effect.

Getting big, strong muscles and losing fat is simple but it's not easy! To accomplish anything worthwhile in life, you need a firmly fixed goal; willpower; a high tolerance for pain.

Bronkaid contains a smaller dose of ephedrine sulfide

Primatene tablets contain a higher and more effective dose of ephedrine hydrocloride.

Best choice of action, in my opinion Wink

If you can gag down natural unsweetened tea, that's a zero calorie energy drink that doesn't cost too much.

Yep, EC stacking is one of the few supplements that have been proven to accelerate fat loss in controlled trials.

Fat burning pills are expensive caffeine pills. Green tea extract pills, now those work, coffeine, ribboflavines, antioxidants etc. Bascially immunity improvement and fat burning without bad effects.
