Hey I'm trying to build muscle and get stronger . The question is do I need fat on last meal before going to sleep or it's ok to just eat rice and drink protein shake or eat fish chicken etc ? My metabolism is very quick and my bf is below 8% I believe I haven't check that for a long time now but I have very visible six pack that's why I think so .

Your body needs fat. It should be in your daily meals. But not to much if you want to stay at that BF %.
