Hey

As first meal of the day, I dont want  to miss it, I currently eat/drink for breakfast 250ML milk ; 9 g protein
+ 40gr(?) oatmeal about 5 gr protein I guess.

This seems not enough for breakfast, Any tips what to eat for breakfast?

Also my nutrition for the rest of the day

2nd meal; 3 slices wholegrain bread+butter+ slices of chicken,turkey,peanut butter ; 500 kcal- 16gr protein
3rd meal; same as above
4rd meal; random, white-brown-rice/spaghetti/meat/vegetables/ or 2 eggs cooked + 2 slices bread/ and always 250ml milk.. about 25-30g protein always
5th meal; same as above, what my mom cooks
6th meal; yogurt and some nuts etc. about 15 g protein

Some my other meals are ok, enough but my breakfast is not enough, I could get more energy from it If I eat more !

Any tips what to eat?

I eat 4 scrambled eggs(24g protein), sometimes with diced ham(30g pro), other times in a high fiber/protein tortilla wrap(10g pro). Washed down with a large glass of milk(27g pro).

Drink more milk. Will help you get hydrated and provides a fairly decent amount of protein. Also... spoonfuls of peanut butter are easy to get down with milk, for me anyway. You could use milk instead of water for your oatmeal. And put some peanut butter in there. Quick, small, easy to get down, calorie dense.

Keep in mind that you don't have to eat breakfast if it isn't convenient for you. Just eat more for your lunch or dinner.

I have Marmite on toast and cereal, 16g protein and about 65g carbs with a lot of B vitamins. I know the protein is not a huge amount but I think your first meal should be more carb orientated having not eaten for 8 hours when sleeping.

If you can't eat eat more in the morning don't eat more, as simple as that. I know, everywhere you hear breakfast is oh so important and while I do believe the first meal of the day should be full of energy, who said it needs to be at 7 am? Remember, all that matters is your daily totals!
