I was wondering if anyone here eats the "Fullbar" if they are healthy to eat, if they throw up any red flags or anything.

They are a tad expensive 1 bar is $1.60 not overly expensive but pricey. Now a course these aren't meal replacement bars just something to make you extra full to make your body think your full or something idk if the science behind these are crap or if they really work. Wondering if anyone here has tried them or done research on them.

Ingredients: Brown Rice Syrup, Puffed Wheat Cereal (Durum Wheat, Ferric Orthophosphate, Niacinamide, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin), Soy Protein Concentrate, Honey, Diced Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Gum Arabic, Sunflower Seeds, Glycerin, Agave Syrup, Roasted Diced Almonds, Canola Oil, Salt, Cinnamon, Natural Flavors

And these are the nutritional facts for one of the flavors which is cranberry almond.

and yes i have seen scoobys "poo bars" but i like to look around. wondering what the forum thought about them Smiley

Thanks for any response

My memories of the commercials a long time ago go something like this -

"Eat a patented Fullbar and drink 2 large glasses of water 15 minutes before every meal and it'll help make you feel FULL!"

Drop the Fullbar and you have a calorie-free, cost-free solution.  Chug a couple glasses of water and perhaps have 1 cup cooked oats right before a meal and trust me, you'll feel fuller.  Buying bars is a waste of money, and you could get 3-4 times as much nutritive value for $1.60.

cant drop what i haven't got lol. but besides the being cheaper is there anything in it that cause for alarm. put it this way if they were like $0.01 for 1 bar would you eat them? from what you have typed tho i dont plan on getting them to expensive for a carb bar. and i like your idea just eat some oats and some water and it does basically the same thing.

Thanks so much for your input.
