gain muscle / lose fat - fat intake question
«

With my activity level i should be getting 66 grams a fat per day, would getting 80 - 100 grams of fat hinder my ability to lose fat while doing 100 min of cardio per week? The fat i get mostly comes from peanuts / avocados will this make a diffrence? Also my recommended calorie intake would be about 3154, in your opinion would it effect my muscle gain if i drop it to 3000?
Thanks!

66g is what I actually consider to be too little. If you do well with 80-100g and if those calories fit your calories budget you can eat up.

80-100 grams sounds fine as long as its essential fatty acids, cutting down to 3000 from 3154 calories is a bad idea tho, you will lose fat for sure but it will hinder muscle gains calories are too important, stick with 3100-3300.
