At the moment I'm pretty much trying to live off, egg whites, beans, tuna, pasta, chicken and whey protein. Any Idea's on other food I can eat without cheating, also I think I'm eating too many carbs, how many carbs max a day? I'm 5ft 9' and weigh around 70kg.
