Herbalife Muscle Recovery Shakes
«

There is a smoothie shop that sells Herbalife protein shakes near the gym that I frequent. These shakes have a blend of soy, whey, and amino acids. Should I continue taking these? I have seen results after taking these shakes and hitting the gym. I have increased my strength in about a month, and my physique has improved slightly. I am worried about soy increasing my estrogen levels, however (I already have bad genes being short and not having a deep voice), so I was wondering if I am at risk of becoming too feminine.
I also blend my own whey shakes at home, but these are hard on my stomach and cause my to be in the bathroom for hours. I don't like eating a lot, so shakes have helped me intake protein. Any suggestions?
Thank you.
BTW, I'm in my twenties if that matters.

Soy does decrease test levels. You're probably lactose intolerant as for the whey protein. Get why protein isolates or take some medication for lactose intolerance.
